When your puppy has grown too big for their Pooch.i Collar
it can be returned to us and for a small fee we will make a New Collar in a larger size.
To enable us to offer this service we re-use the Hardware from the original Collar.
We do not re-use the leather as it is not possible to remove it without destroying it.
This service is available for New Collars in Sizes: XS/S/M/L/XL
XS/S/M - £20 per Collar - (incl.P&P)
L/XL - £25 per Collar – (incl.P&P)
This service is only available for Pooch.i products and
Collars of the same design
as the original,
but excluding: Stud Collar & Porthole Collar. You may choose any Colour Leather for your New Collar
